Africa Health Supplies is led by a team of experienced business professionals who bring a wealth of knowledge from various sectors, making them well-equipped to drive the company’s growth in the healthcare industry.
Albert Ankrah is a senior-level business professional with over 15 years of experience in the corporate world. He has a rich background in business development, having served as the Business Development Director for the Jospong Group of Companies, one of the largest Ghanaian conglomerates operating across various sectors. His role at Jospong involved overseeing the growth and expansion of the company’s business units, which provided him with deep insights into the intricacies of managing large-scale operations and developing strategic partnerships.
In addition to his leadership at Africa Health Supplies, Albert Ankrah leads operations at MCI Travel and Events, a company that specializes in delivering top-tier travel and event management services. His dual roles allow him to leverage his expertise across different industries, bringing a unique perspective to his work at Africa Health Supplies.
Albert Ankrah also serves as the Executive Director for the Ghana Gulf Chamber of Commerce, where he focuses on fostering business relations between Ghana and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, including the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and Oman.
His involvement with the Chamber of Commerce has enhanced his understanding of international trade and business diplomacy, skills that are crucial in expanding Africa Health Supplies’ footprint across the continent.
Academically, Albert Ankrah graduated from Central University College with a degree in Business Administration, specializing in Human Resources. He furthered his education by obtaining a master’s degree in Development, Democracy, Governance, and Law from the University of Cape Coast. To complement his educational background, he pursued an MBA in Corporate Strategy and Economic Policy from Maastricht
School of Management in the Netherlands. He has also attended various management and leadership programs in the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Dubai, and Morocco.
Albert Ankrah’s extensive experience, coupled with his educational background and leadership skills, make him a pivotal figure in driving the success of Africa Health Supplies. His vision for the company is to establish it as the leading provider of neonatal care equipment in Africa, ensuring that every newborn has access to the highest standard of care.
Vivian Akyereh Ankrah serves as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Africa Health Supplies and Motivate Communications International Travel and Events. In addition to her role in the corporate world, she is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Smile on Faces Foundation, an inter-denominational Christian organization dedicated to improving the livelihoods of children and women through evangelism and social interventions. These interventions include skills training, food and clothing donations, scholarships, health screenings, and the provision of social amenities to deprived communities.
Vivian Akyereh Ankrah’s leadership at Africa Health Supplies is characterized by her commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. She plays a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all departments work cohesively to meet the company’s goals. Her experience in quality assurance and customer service is instrumental in maintaining the high standards that Africa Health Supplies is known for.
Vivian is married to Albert Ankrah, and together, they have three lovely children. Her ability to balance her professional responsibilities with her personal life is a testament to her strong organizational and leadership skills.
Vivian Akyereh Ankrah has over 15 years of experience in customer service, having previously held the position of Quality Assurance Controller in the Customer Relations Department at MTN Ghana, one of the leading telecommunications companies in Africa. Her role at MTN Ghana involved ensuring that customer service standards were consistently met, which gave her valuable insights into quality management and customer relations.
She holds a degree in Sociology and Political Science from the University of Ghana, which has equipped her with a deep understanding of social dynamics and organizational behavior. To further her expertise in business management, she pursued an Executive Master of Business Administration in Entrepreneurial Management from the University of Ghana Business School. This combination of education and practical experience has made her a strong leader, capable of managing complex operations and driving the growth of Africa Health Supplies.
